I retired from education after 25 years of service and started a second career as a producer for Randy Jones & Associates and Leavitt Group. I graduated from JSU in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Education. I also have a Masters Degree in Education along with an Administration Degree from JSU. I have been a teacher, coach, principal, athletic director, and COO for the Guntersville City School System.

I'm married to Leigh Barnett Dollar and we have three boys. My wife, Leigh, owns Dollar and Watson Accounting and she is also the Mayor of Guntersville.
